Ricky is the Coordinator of the Actor Training area within the The Hartt School Theatre Division at the University of Hartford. Not only does he serve as Coordinator, but he is also a proud alum, holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre. Also, Ricky holds his Master of Fine Arts in Acting from the Brown University/Trinity Rep. Program.
Some of his acting credits include Ragtime at the Astoria Performing Arts Center, where he was nominated for NYIT Award for his work as Younger Brother. He also originated the role of Fleet in the International Tour of Titanic, and was first replacement for Older Patrick in the National Tour of Mame. He’s performed in Into the Woods, 1776, A Little Night Music, and Hair to name a few. He has taught within a handful of training programs around the U.S. at Brown University, CAP21, DeSales University, Education Unlimited, Molloy College, and of course at Hartt, where he currently serves as Coordinator.
