BFA in Dance from The Ohio State University

Alyssa Parnell is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. She taught various dance genres to students throughout New York City schools from 2018-2023. In 2017 she attained her BFA in Dance from The Ohio State University with focuses on education, composition & performance. Alyssa is an ABT Certified ballet teacher. She is also a graduate of The Alabama School of Fine Arts class of 2013. Alyssa’s training includes The American Ballet Theatre, The American Dance Festival, The Bates Dance Festival, The Alabama Ballet, The OhioDance Festival, The National High School Dance Festival & The International Association of Blacks in Dance Conference & Festival.
