Graduating with my degree in University Studies from the University of Hartford has been an amazing process.
I was a student at the University of Hartford over thirty years ago, but for various reasons never graduated. That had always been something that not only bothered me, but held me back both personally and professionally.
At the age of fifty, I made one final attempt to see if a degree was even possible after all this time. To my amazement, the answer after some checking was a resounding “YES!” I had no idea what to expect but the caring people within the University Studies program had me registered and on my way within a few short days! It is now nine months later and I have completed my degree.
The support and encouragement along the way kept me going. I never could have done this on my own and owe a debt of gratitude to the incredible people within this program that helped me realize my dream!
