Christie Felsing to Present at the International Suzuki Teacher Trainers Convention

Christie Felsing will be a lead presenter at the third International Suzuki Teacher Trainers Convention to be held in Matsumoto, Japan from Oct. 13 – 18. Christie serves as The Hartt School Community Division’s director of Teaching and Learning and is an adjunct professor in The Hartt School’s Suzuki Graduate Pedagogy program.  Christie will be leading presentations on the effective dissemination of teacher training. The international convention is held every 4-5 years.

According to Ms. Felsing, “I will be engaged in numerous panels with international Teacher Trainers regarding the future of Suzuki instruction, hearing perspectives from all areas of the world that are impacted by the Suzuki method.” 

The Hartt School and Hartt School Community Division are national models for Suzuki training and instruction. The summer Hartt Suzuki Institute is one of the premier programs in the United States.
