Elections must be made no later than Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023. Employees who do not complete the process in ESS will have their current 2023 benefits rolled over for 2024. Any employees currently in the Deductible Based Plan (DBP) who do not make an election will be defaulted into the new High Deductible Based Plan (HDBP).
REMINDER: Health Savings Accounts as well as Flexible Spending Accounts cannot be rolled from year to year. You must use the ESS process and select these options to participate in these services.
All benefit elections will be effective Jan. 1, 2024.
