The timesheet deadline for the pay period of Dec. 18, 2023–Dec. 31, 2023, with the pay date of Jan. 5, 2024, has changed. Due to the New Year's Day holiday on Monday, Jan. 1, the deadline for employees to submit their timesheets for approval is Tuesday, Jan. 2, at 10 a.m. The deadline for supervisors to approve timesheets is noon.
The winter break should be coded on the timesheets as follows for the pay period Dec. 18–Dec. 31:
- Friday, Dec. 22: University Close
- Monday, Dec. 25: Holiday
- Tuesday, Dec. 26: University Close
- Wednesday, Dec. 27: University Close
- Thursday, Dec. 28: University Close
- Friday, Dec. 29: University Close.
