2023 W-2s have been printed and mailed to your payroll address on file. Printed W-2s are being sent to the employees that have not selected Electronic Consent in Self-Service.
The Electronic W-2s are currently available in Employee Self-Service. If you have selected Electronic Consent, please follow the directions below to print:
- Log into self-service > click on the employee tab.
- Click on Tax Forms, then click on the taxes arrow on the right.
- Select W-2 Wage and Tax Statement.
- Select the tax year from the menu and click on display.
- You may print the form by selecting “Printable W-2”.
- You may be asked to enter a PIN. If so, the PIN is the same as your password for self-service. Then click on Submit. A printable version will return should you need to print to attach to your tax return(s).
