Change of Major Request Now on Self-Service

Students are now able to request a change of major using their Self-Service account! Paper forms are no longer needed to add or change a major and/or concentration. Before making any changes, it is best to consult with your advisor first.

Steps for requesting a change of Major
  • Log in to Self-Service
  • Select “Student” tab
  • Click on “Student Academic Records”
  • Click on “Change of Major Request Form”
  • Complete the form, it will be forwarded for processing
