Faculty/Staff Fitness Classes

Yoga, pilates, and mixed-strength classes will continue this year!

  • Yoga will start on Monday, Jan. 22, at noon. Yoga will be held in Konover on Jan. 22, Feb. 5, Feb. 19, March 4, April 1, and April 15. All other classes will be in GSU 331.
  • Mixed Strength will be on Tuesdays at 4:45 p.m., starting Jan 16. The class on Jan 16 will be in GSU 331. All other classes will be in GSU 335. Due to spring break in March, the March 12 class will be at 12:30 p.m., in GSU 335.
  • Pilates started again on Jan. 11, and will continue on Thursdays at noon in GSU 335/339
