A Message from the Executive Director for EO/Title IX Compliance

Dear Campus Community:

I wanted to send a personal note, to thank everyone who has provided me with invaluable feedback regarding the recent employee-based Title IX on-line module training offered by 3rd Millennium.

This online module was selected to provide the required training that is to be delivered annually to all Responsible Employees (RE's) while also considering financial resources to implement training required for over 1000 people.

As the module states at the forefront, much of this training is a copy of what students receive at the beginning of the academic year, which includes various questionnaires built into the training. Questions are asked to engage in skip-logic to then provide resources tailored to how the student answers the questionnaires.

The information/data is de-identified and not shared with 3rd Millennium or anyone at UHart.  A substantial amout of the training is a direct copy of the student-based trainig and presents more student-based training than was originally vetted.  Feel free to select any answer for the questionnaires to progress through the training.

THe feedback provided to me is important and heavily influences decision-making pertaining to future training offerings.
