Panelists’ Background: 

Deborah Ketai (PMP, RMP, CCMP): Program Manager at Optum 

Deborah Ketai has been managing projects, programs, and change for nearly 20 years, mostly for healthcare and financial services organizations. Working at the enterprise level, she navigates matrixed structures in very large companies. Most recently, she spearheaded the AI for All program, promoting work in artificial intelligence across UnitedHealth Group. Deborah is certified as a PMP (project management professional), RMP (risk management professional), and CCMP (change management professional). She serves on the SNEC-PMI Board of Directors, in charge of the Programs portfolio.

Elise Pié (MHA, PM): Project Manager at Hartford HealthCare

As a Project Manager at Hartford HealthCare, Elise has over four years’ experience in ambulatory specialty care operational integration and optimization. Specializing in patient access, Elise utilizes her project management skills to lead initiatives which streamline scheduling operations, enhance provider and patient connections, and overall improve patient experience. Elise has worked in a range of healthcare environments from small private practices to large healthcare organizations such as Tufts Medical Center. Prior to obtaining her Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from Excelsior University in 2020, Elise enjoyed a career as a licensed hearing instrument specialist. She has treated patients across the lifespan conducting newborn hearing screenings, performing diagnostic hearing tests, and fitting hearing aids. Elise also holds a Bachelors Degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders from Emerson College, is a certified Project Management Professional, and is a member of the Project Management Institute including their Southern New England Chapter.

Chris Zack (IBM Certified Senior Project Manager, PMI-ACP, PMP): Project and Program Manager at IBM

Chris Zack is a certified Project Management Professional, and Certified Agile Practitioner who leads global teams in diverse IT infrastructure projects and programs that support critical business applications. In his work, he brings together members and stakeholders from multiple continents, time zones and cultures by creating an environment of collaboration and trust to bring together successful project outcomes. Chris is a Senior Project Manager for the IBM Corporation, where he has worked for over 20 years, the Associate Vice President of the Central Connecticut satellite of the Sothern New England Chapter of PMI and is a graduate of the University of Hartford’s College of Engineering, Technology and Architecture.
