Mindfulness and Movement Video Series

The Mindfulness and Movement (MiMo) Video Series begins on Monday, Feb. 19! Every Monday and Thursday for the next 8 weeks, we will be releasing a 10-minute MiMo video with five minutes of mindfulness practice followed by five minutes of desk stretches available to help alleviate stress and enhance mobility.
