Mindfulness and Movement Video Series

The Mindfulness and Movement (MiMo) video series is now on its second week. We offer five minutes of mindfulness practice followed by five minutes of desk stretches to help alleviate stress and enhance wellbeing to all UHart faculty and staff. Please join our Teams Channel to access these videos! MiMo Video is an 8-week series with videos released Mondays and Thursdays.
