UHart Affinity Networks

An Affinity Network is a group of staff and faculty formed around shared identities, purposes, and common interest. In addition, engagement in these networks allow for long-term benefits, some of which includes contributing to a greater sense of belonging and success.

  • Assist in the ongoing improvement of the campus climate
  • Deepening of colleague relationships and professional development
  • Support recruitment and retention efforts for staff, faculty, and administrators
