1042-S forms for calendar year 2023 have been made available for distribution.
If you have received an email from Payroll directly, your 1042-S form has been held for one week in the Payroll Office for pickup. These will be mailed on March 8 if they are not picked up by that point.
All other 1042-S forms have been mailed to the Payroll address on file with the University.
