End of Fiscal Year Purchasing Deadlines

The end of the fiscal year is quickly approaching. As in the past, we will be setting a deadline for making purchases using FY24 funds. All computer purchases and any other items requiring a PO will not be permitted after May 10. If a PO is needed for FY25 prior to July 1, please contact us as we can process those using prepaid orgns through June 30.

The deadline for making all WB Mason, Amazon and Pcard purchases will be June 1. Anything needed after June 1, outside of travel related Pcard purchases, must have prior approval from the Budget or Procurement Offices. All purchases must be delivered prior to July 1 in order to be charged to FY24.

Please be mindful of these approaching deadlines as you plan your end of year spending.
