For over 19 years, Di has provided technical support across campus and has been instrumental in ushering the University into the 21st century. Di joined the University in March of 2005, a pivotal time when technology began to expand rapidly, and the need for high-quality support became a crucial factor in the institution's success. She has distinguished herself as a leader in many fields of technology and is a trusted source of information all over campus. It is not hyperbole to say that ITS, and the University as a whole, would not be where it is today without her.
