The Full-time Faculty Voluntary Phased Retirement Application is now located in PeopleAdmin Records as a form that eligible full-time faculty members may submit.
Applications should be submitted prior to Jan. 31 for the following academic year. For detailed instructions on how to access the application, please see the attachment.
