The deadline for submitting and approving all employee timesheets in Web Time Entry (Self-Service) for the pay period Nov. 17–Nov. 30 will be Monday, Dec. 1, at 11 a.m. for employees and 1 p.m. for approvers.
Employees and supervisors should review, submit and approve the timesheets prior to leaving for the Thanksgiving Holiday Break for the corresponding pay date of Dec. 5. Changes will not be allowed in Self-Service after the Dec. 1 deadlines, as the timesheets will be locked from further edits.
If you need to submit a paper timesheet, it must be in the Payroll Office by noon on Tuesday, Nov. 25.
The Thanksgiving Holiday should be recorded on the time sheets as follows for Regular Full-time and Part-time Non-Exempt employees:
- Nov. 26- University Close
- Nov. 27 and 28 – Holiday
If you are assigned a non-traditional work schedule, please see your supervisor for any questions you may have recording time for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Please note that student and temporary employees do not receive Holiday Pay or University Close Pay, and these employees only record time physically worked.
