On Nov. 3, all benefit eligible employees received information regarding calendar year 2026 Open Enrollment via email.
To complete your enrollment, access Softdocs and complete the Open Enrollment Form. Softdocs will require each employee to use their single sign on (SSO) and Multifactor Authentication. Step by step directions are available here.
Elections must be made no later than Friday, Nov. 21, 2025. Employees who do not complete the process in Softdocs will have their current 2025 benefits rolled over for 2026.
REMINDER: Health Savings Accounts as well as Flexible Spending Accounts cannot be rolled from year to year. You must use the Softdocs process and select these options to participate in these services.
All benefit elections will be effective Jan. 1, 2026.
