As we look toward the Thanksgiving break (Wednesday, Nov. 26–Friday, Nov. 28) and the winter break (Wednesday, Dec. 24–Friday, Jan. 2), a reminder that all University buildings will be closed and employees will only be able access workspaces on an exception basis.
Please email Access Control Administrator Brian Lehan directly at blehan@hartford.edu as soon as possible if there is a need for employees to be on-site during either of these breaks. Kindly provide Brian with the name of employee(s), UHart ID number(s), dates, times, and buildings/rooms that will need to be accessed.
This information will provide our essential staff in Public Safety and our Aramark Facilities partners the ability to secure and clean buildings as well as reduce our energy consumption.
