Call for Faculty Participants: Wooclap Pilot Program

We’re excited to invite you to participate in an upcoming Wooclap pilot during the spring semester! Wooclap is an interactive engagement platform designed to enhance student participation and real-time learning in both in-person and online classrooms. With Wooclap, you can easily create polls, quizzes, live Q&A sessions, word clouds, and more — all aimed at boosting engagement and gathering instant feedback from your students.

We are looking for 20-25 faculty members to join this pilot and help us evaluate how Wooclap can support teaching and learning at our institution. Participants will receive access to the tool, support throughout the pilot, and opportunities to share feedback that will inform future adoption decisions.

If you’re interested in being part of this pilot or would like to learn more, please email rainwater@hartford.edu. We will have the following training sessions (you must attend at least one to participate in the pilot):

  • Wednesday, Jan. 14, 1 p.m.–2 p.m. (Virtual)
  • Friday, Jan. 23, 11 a.m.–noon (Virtual)
  • Monday, Jan. 26, 2 p.m.–3 p.m. (Woods Classroom, Harrison Libraries)
