The UHart Game Development Club will host its second ever Game Jam starting this Friday, Oct. 16, and ending next Friday, Oct. 23.
A "game jam" is a organized challenge where individuals and teams try to create a video game in a short amount of time—in this case, participants will have exactly seven days, from Friday, Oct.16 at 4 p.m. until the games are due on Friday, Oct. 23 at 4 p.m.
Participants will also have to incorporate a theme in their game and the theme will be revealed right when the jam starts!
Want to participate? Come to Hillyer 258 on Friday, Oct. 16 at 3 p.m. The first hour will be spent forming teams and getting to know each other.
We will showcase and test the games each team created in Hillyer 258 at the end time of the Game Jam—come join us!
