The University of Hartford uses Ellucian Banner.  The Banner Administrative Information Systems is comprised of several software systems that manage various administrative functions, including student information, human resources, financial aid, and finance.  These systems are typically referred to on campus as Banner Admin.

Banner includes a self-service feature that allows students, staff, and faculty to access and manage information from a user-friendly environment that is also easily accessible.  Our self-service dashboards are available on MyUHart.

Please note, you will either need to be on campus or a part of the VPN in order to use these tools.

I am stuck.  What do I do?

If at any time you encounter any technical problems in Banner, please email ITS at HelpDesk@hartford.edu and include the following where possible:

  • a screens of any error messages that may display on your screen
  • the page name
  • the navigation/activity you were performing/attempting when the issue occurred
