Overnight and Day Visits

Explore UHart through a Current Student

Important Update

Due to the concerns of coronavirus, the University of Hartford is only offering virtual day visits. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Overnight visits are currently not taking place due to COVID-19, but we are happy to connect you with a current student that shares your major or school/college, so you can ask all your questions. In some instances, you might be able to follow them during an online summer course, so you can experience academic life at UHart as well.

If you are interested, please reach out to Admission at admission@hartford.edu.

Overnight and Day Visits

UHart offers overnight visits for admitted students interested in gaining a day in the life perspective of a Hartford Hawk. As an overnight visitor, you will eat in our dining facilities, sleep in a dorm, attend a class and talk to current students!

Due to COVID-19, all overnight visits have been suspended until further notice. When it resumes, this program will be offered most weeks Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays and campus closures. If you have any questions please contact Katie Wilcox-Smith at wilcoxsmi@hartford.edu.

Day Visit Program

When it is safe to do so, UHart will once again offer day visits for admitted students interested in learning more about the academic atmosphere at the University. As a day visitor, you will eat in our dining facilities, attend a class and talk to current students. Once resumed, the Day Visit Program will run from February to April on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
