Dr. Lindsay Ciancetta is a part-time professor within the online master’s in organizational psychology (MSOP) program. She teaches a variety of graduate-level courses, including Personnel Psychology, Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace and Motivation in the Workplace.

Dr. Ciancetta brings a decade of experience in the corporate sector, focused on people analytics, designing and building Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs and sitting in Chief of Staff roles in multiple organizations. Dr. Ciancetta brought an analytical and compassionate approach to her work that enabled program adoption in challenging environments. While working in a corporate career, Dr. Ciancetta continued pursing her passion of teaching as an adjunct professor. Her undergraduate degree is in Psychology (B.S.), and she holds a degree in Counseling (M.S.) and a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology.
