Robert Dryden is a professor of English. He teaches Introduction to Composition, Introduction to Literary Analysis, English Literature, Literature and Psychology.

Dryden's research interests include:
- Jane Austen studies
- Eighteenth and nineteenth-century adventure fiction
- The eighteenth-century novel
This faculty member will be on sabbatical for both Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. During a sabbatical, faculty may not be available to support students or conduct other University business.
