Olga Sharp is an assistant professor of psychology. She earned her doctoral degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology from Bowling Green State University and has been teaching at the University of Hartford since 2005. She teaches both graduate and undergraduate courses.

Her research interests include occupational stress and workplace incivility. She conducted research in a variety of organizations including animal shelters and hospitals. Sharp’s work was published in journals and books.
This faculty member will be on sabbatical for Fall 2026. During a sabbatical, faculty may not be available to support students or conduct other University business.
