In my teaching I try to discover each student’s strengths and weaknesses. As a teacher I set clear expectations, I have regular communications with students and parents and help each student achieve his/her goals. Students need to practice regularly, be eager to learn, participate in recitals, and be honest with me. I believe that each student deserves equal opportunities to learn music regardless of age, background, or ability. Not all students will take lessons throughout their lives but my hope is that they’ll remain music lovers and musically active.
