Matisse Madden is a dancer, choreographer and Ballet pedagogue who hails from the beautiful island of Kauai. She has performed to critical acclaim in both the United States and Europe. She has danced with professional Ballet companies, including Connecticut Ballet and is presently a Principal Artist with Dimentional Dance. Matisse is also Assistant Rehearsal Director with the Dimentional Dance. Matisse received her MFA in Ballet Teaching and Choreography and an MS in Academic Kinesiology from The University of Utah. She is certified to teach years 1-8 in the Vagonova syllabus, she is a certified Polstar Pilates instructor and a Gyrotonic trainer. Matisse is currently teaching the intermediate and advanced Ballet classes at Yale University.
