Ashley joined the University of Hartford in May 2025 as one of the assistant directors of graduate success, where she manages the recruitment of potential students and assists them through the enrollment process. She specifically works with student populations in the Barney School of Business, as well as students in the Master of Arts in Integrated Communication and Master of Science in Organizational Psychology programs. Ashley’s aim is to make students’ initial experience as seamless and positive as possible!
