Vanessa joins the Center as Administrative Assistant with over 20 years of administrative & customer support experience. She holds a master's degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and in 2018, started “Her Beadfulness” in memory of her grandmother, creating and selling African waist beads for women. As a small business owner herself, she identifies with the joys and challenges of running a business. She brings with her an understanding of people, systems, technology, and high-quality customer service. “I’m excited to help get things moving to support you on your business journey. We are here to assist you and we want to see you win. I am happy to help in any way I can.”
