Having initially joined the University of Hartford in a role supporting adult part-time and non-traditional undergraduate students, Felicia joined the Office of Graduate Admission in 2017. Focused primarily on the technical aspects of the admissions process, Felicia’s efforts are geared towards enhancing the technical infrastructure that supports applicants' journey, to create a user-friendly experience for both applicants and internal stakeholders.
