Nick is the Head of Technical Services & Resource Management. Previously he coordinated and supervised Mortensen Library Circulation and Reference Departments. There, he selected library materials for Engineering, Art, Architecture, and temporarily Literature, Modern Languages, Rhetoric, Communication and Psychology; helped students, faculty, staff, and visitors use online, print, and audiovisual resources; worked with staff to develop effective finding aids; gave library instruction; communicates in person, via email, via chat, and phone with administrators, faculty, students, donors, and vendors; and served on leadership teams and committees in the libraries and at the University of Hartford.
