Viewers of “The Daily Show” may have caught a University of Hartford “appearance” in a June 1 segment: A UHart pennant hung behind Senator Chris Murphy during a lengthy interview on gun safety. While Murphy joined the interview from Hartford, he previously conducted a Town Hall Meeting at the University in 2018.
