Civil engineering student Kai Thammalath ‘26, has been selected to be a 2024 Water Environment Federation InFlow STEMpath Scholar. He is among 32 students from across the country who were selected to be part of this program designed to introduce students to water sector career paths. This scholarship provides Kai with an all expenses paid trip to New Orleans in October to participate in the Water Environment Federation international technical conference (WEFTEC). The annual conference attracts somewhere around 25,000 attendees from throughout the water sector.
