Staff Council General Meeting: Important Vote to Occur

Wednesday, August 13th at 1 p.m. in GSU 335/339 and Teams Webinar

You’ve been invited to attend the Monthly Staff Council General Meeting. Are you a staff member? We encourage you to bring a friend, bring your ideas and don't forget your spirit wear!

Agenda items include:

📅 Vote on Date/Time changes to our General Council Meetings beginning in September

  • Suggestions for date and time changes are encouraged to be submitted to staff@hartford.edu.

📢 Staff Nominations

  • Call for nominations for the Executive Board remain open until August 29th: Chair, Vice Chair, Communications Director, Treasurer, Secretary and At-Large positions

🎉 Community Events for Staff Council presented by Ministry of Fun

To help us with being efficient with time, please submit any questions or concerns you may wish to address to staff@hartford.edu.

There is a hybrid option, but we would like to encourage people to attend in-person, if at all possible.

Reminders and tips:

  • Community Reps are requested to attend or send a proxy in your place to vote.
  • You must register in order to attend both in person and virtually so that we have a record of attendance (even if it's just before the meeting starts). Once registered, a confirmation with a calendar invite will be e-mailed to you.
  • If you cannot attend the meeting, it will be recorded and made available.
