- Call for nominations for the Executive Board remain open until August 29th: Chair, Vice Chair, Communications Director, Treasurer, Secretary and At-Large positions

To help us with being efficient with time, please submit any questions or concerns you may wish to address to staff@hartford.edu.
There is a hybrid option, but we would like to encourage people to attend in-person, if at all possible.
Reminders and tips:
- Community Reps are requested to attend or send a proxy in your place to vote.
- You must register in order to attend both in person and virtually so that we have a record of attendance (even if it's just before the meeting starts). Once registered, a confirmation with a calendar invite will be e-mailed to you.
- If you cannot attend the meeting, it will be recorded and made available.
