Get your taste buds ready! The University has begun transforming Konover Campus Center into a new dining destination and gathering spot. The new dining concept will be centered around Connecticut's best burgers, pizza, and wings—all curated with involvement from students.
The former Subway location is now closed while construction proceeds. The Hawk's Nest will have extended hours, and there will be a new mobile food trailer on campus—watch for more details in the coming weeks. The renovation is scheduled to be completed in summer 2026.
