All work-study student (S1) positions have been terminated, for the current fiscal year, as of May 13, 2026. All non-work-study student (S2) positions have been terminated, for the current fiscal year, as of June, 30 2026.
Please be reminded if any of your student positions in your department need to be extended beyond June 30, 2026, please submit a ‘reactivate’ ePaf for these positions ASAP.
Work-study positions are only active during the academic year. If you are reactivating a ST3450 (S1) position the earliest date they are able to begin work is Aug. 24, 2026. All non-work-study student positions can be reactivated with a July 1, 2026 start date.
CT Minimum wage has increased to $16.94/hour as of Jan. 1, 2026. Work-study ePafs are automatically defaulted to the new minimum wage. For non-work-study positions, when submitting the reactivate ePaf, please make sure you adjust the hourly rate accordingly. Otherwise it will be returned to the originator for correction and may result in setup and payment delays.
