Welcome back, new and returning students! University offices, support departments, and dining locations across campus have adjusted their schedules for Move-In Weekend, Thursday, August 20, through Sunday, August 23.
Please refer to the detailed schedule below to plan your visits for eating, student ID badging, financial services, academic advising, dining, and IT or facilities support.
Move-In Weekend Quick Highlights
- ID Office & Badging: The main ID Office and the GSU Photo Station will operate Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Administrative & Student Accounts: Bursar, Financial Aid, and Center for Student Success are open Thursday (8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) and Friday (8:30 a.m.–3 p.m.). Financial Aid will also have staff available at the GSU Career Studio.
- Safety & Parking: Public Safety operates 24/7 for parking stickers and assistance.| See campus roadway changes during move-in weekend. All Village Apartment lots and Regents rear lots are closed through Sunday, August 23. Vehicles normally parked in these areas can park in Lot E or Lot N.
- Dining Options: The Commons is open daily from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the Late-Night Food Trailer operates nightly from 5 p.m. to midnight. The main GSU Food Court is closed throughout the weekend.
