All University of Hartford students are automatically enrolled in RedInk Unlimited, providing access to required course materials. While participation is convenient, it is optional, and students may choose to opt out each semester.
If you plan to source your course materials independently and do not want to participate in the program for fall 2026, you must complete the opt-out process by Thursday, September 10, 2026.
How to Opt Out:
- Check Your Email: Look for a welcome email in your @hartford.edu inbox with instructions and direct access details for the Follett portal.
- Log into the Portal: Visit the RedInk Unlimited portal using your full hartford.edu email address. If it is your first time logging in, set up a password to access your account.
- Complete Selection: Follow the prompts in the portal to confirm your opt-out selection for the fall 2026 term.
Important Reminders:
- Students who opt out will not be charged the RedInk Unlimited program fee.
- If you opt out, you are fully responsible for purchasing or renting all required textbooks and course materials independently.
