As we begin a new academic year full of possibility, the Office of Inclusive Excellence and Belonging is thrilled to welcome you to the fall semester. Together, we are committed to building a campus community where every voice matters, and every person has the space to grow and thrive. This year, we will continue with our guiding theme: Voice, Values, Visibility (V3). This framework represents our commitment to:
- Voice: Amplifying diverse perspectives and ensuring all community members have platforms to share their experiences and insights
- Values: Fostering an environment where all community members feel valued and develop a strong sense of belonging
- Visibility: Building a culture where respect is the foundation and contributions are meaningfully recognized
