There have been several recent staffing and responsibility changes within the Center for Student Success (CSS) and Registrar's Office. Please be aware of the following updates and points of contact:
Julie Spring has transitioned to the Registrar's Office as Director of Degree Audit and Academic Systems. In this role, Julie will supervise the evaluator team and provide support for transfer student onboarding.
Joe Rocca will now serve as Director of the Center for Student Success. Faculty and staff with questions related to CSS advising, tutoring, or Compass can connect with Joe or Katie Kitchens, who will work with the CSS team to provide assistance or email css@hartford.edu
Arlene Maddox will continue in her role as Associate Director of the Center for Student Success and will now supervise the full CSS advising team. Faculty and staff are encouraged to connect with Arlene and Joe with questions related to CSS advising.
These changes will help provide clear points of contact and continued support for students, faculty, and staff across CSS and the Registrar's Office.
