Beginning Oct. 5, students looking for help with billing, payments, or their student accounts should visit the new Office of Student Accounts, located within the Center for Student Success (CSS) in GSU.
Student billing and account services previously provided through the Bursar's Office are transitioning to the Office of Student Accounts, creating a convenient location for students to get the assistance they need.
The Office of Student Accounts can help with:
- Understanding your student bill or account balance
- Making payments
- Setting up payment plans or payment arrangements
- Questions about charges or statements
- Account-related registration holds
- Other questions related to your student account
If you previously visited the Bursar's Office on the second floor of the Administration Building, please visit the Office of Student Accounts in CSS beginning Oct. 5 for billing and account assistance.
