Masonicare in Rocky Hill and UHart partner to provide two students annually with a unique opportunity to live on Masonicare’s residential campus in a private accommodation in exchange for community service within their independent living, assisted living, and memory care units and learning opportunities with their leaders.
Candidates must be a full-time sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate students who maintain a GPA over 3.0 and are in good standing. You must be caring, social, motivated, independent, and respectful of the older adult population.
In addition to the above, students must attend a tour before applying. The two timeslots for the tour are:
- Thursday, Oct. 22 (as part of Career exploration day) — Sign up here
OR
- Friday, Oct. 23 from 4 p.m. to 5pm — Sign up here (this form will close on Oct. 14)
After you complete the tour, you will need to formally apply. The application period closes Nov. 6 and review will take place Nov. 9–13. The first round of virtual interviews will be conducted between Nov. 15–20.
