Each year, the University of Hartford celebrates staff who create and foster a culture of service excellence by using unique and distinct philosophies which broaden the University's reputation as a first-choice institution. Regular full-time and part-time staff members (including supervisors) are eligible to be nominated for this award. Department heads, deans, and cabinet members are not eligible for consideration.
Anyone may nominate an eligible staff member who exemplifies our institutional commitment to the success of our students by submitting this nomination form. Please be thoughtful in your recommendation by giving specific examples of outstanding acts of service excellence.
Supervisors will be notified approximately one week prior to the award presentation if a member of their staff was selected to receive an Outstanding Staff Member Award.
Nominations should be submitted no later than Monday, November 30.
