PeopleAdmin
Human Resources Development uses an online program called PeopleAdmin to help with the administrative details of an employee's recruitment, hiring, and working at UHart. Valuable information and important forms are stored there, such as:
- Offer letters
- Job descriptions
- Benefits enrollment and/or change forms
- Tuition remission forms
- Beneficiary information
Self Service
Once you are working at UHart, Self Service will be your resource for handling the administrative and monetary elements of your employment. Below are some common things that can be accessed in Self Service:
- Change your address
- Update your preferred name and gender
- Record your time (if hourly employee)
- View current and past jobs
- View your W2
- Set up tax withholding (Federal and CT)
- Set up or change direct deposit
- Create ePAF (for those with ePAF permission)
- View the employment manual
- Manage parking and permits
