UIS Study Abroad Course Approval
Courses taken through a University of Hartford administered study abroad program may be used to count toward your UIS course requirements. All courses must be pre- approved to count for UIS course credit.
Guidelines for Course Approval
Students must obtain pre- approval for all study abroad courses they wish to use for their UIS category courses. The UIS department will work with students to find courses that meet the category requirements If a student has not received pre-approval for a class, they may or may not receive credit. Acceptance of approval is determined by the UIS department.
