Lisa Cameron headshot

Lisa Cameron, who has a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from UHart, is a highly skilled operations leader and financial executive who invests significant effort and time into community-focused activities beyond her corporate responsibilities. In addition to her MST, Cameron holds her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations.

Cameron is the Vice President of Enterprise Operations at The Travelers Companies, a leading provider of property casualty insurance for auto, home and business, with more than 30,000 employees and 2025 revenues of nearly $49 billion. She has been with the corporation since 2020 and prior to that, held roles of increasing responsibility at other firms in the industry. Cameron is also respected among her industry peers, volunteering for the past nine years as the President of Insurance Collection Executives, a nonprofit, membership-based trade association.

One of Cameron’s long-time passions is supporting the communities in which she lives and works. She has long served on multiple boards of directors and committees for nonprofits including Women United, the United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut, Hands on Hartford, and the Greater Hartford Jaycees – and leads critical fundraising efforts for many of them.

She has also volunteered in various leadership capacities for the Hans Christian Andersen Montessori School and is the current Treasurer of the ML Cattel Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing comprehensive support to children, families, the elderly, veterans and animals based on their needs.

Cameron lives in Bolton, Connecticut, with her husband and daughter. Her family, job and volunteer work keep her busy, but she enjoys traveling and listening to live music in her spare time.
