Project Management Fundamentals Certificate Program

At a Glance

By the end of this program, you’ll be able to identify and describe the core concepts of project management, apply predictive, plan-based methodologies to real projects, use adaptive (Agile) project management frameworks and methodologies, and understand business analysis frameworks and their role in project success.

Who Should Enroll?

This program is ideal for:

  • Those preparing for PMI® certification exams (CAPM® or PMP®)
  • Professionals managing projects or teams in any industry
  • Individuals seeking to formalize or strengthen their project management skills

Build the skills to lead projects with confidence.

Aligned with the Project Management Institute (PMI®) standards and best practices, this program also fulfills the education requirement for both the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) and Project Management Professional (PMP®) certifications. Participants can also recieve Continuing Education Units (CEU's) upon completion.

Assessment and Completion

To earn your certificate, participants must:

  • Attend all workshop sessions

  • Achieve 70% or higher on each module assessment
